Alpa is an experienced trial, education law and employment law attorney, with a diverse background that includes both defense side and plaintiff’s side litigation matters and service on the Board of Trustees of both a community college and public school district. She practices in the areas of employment law and litigation, education law, civil rights and commercial litigation. Ms. Patel has successfully tried federal jury trials and has has advised on all aspects of employment and education law, including preparation and implementation of personnel policies and student handbooks.
